For the purposes of the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter “LOPD”), and other applicable legislation, FUNDACIÓN INSTITUTE FOR TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP, hereinafter IfTL Foundation informs its clients and any third party that provides their personal data to this organization regarding its Personal Data Protection Policy.

This Data Protection Policy will be applicable to the collection of personal data by the IfTL Foundation by any method such as written or electronic correspondence, receipt of business cards, communication of data by telephone, website or filling in forms. It is understood that any client and / or third party who provides their personal data to the IfTL Foundation does so voluntarily and freely and with their express and unequivocal consent.

The data collected through the data collection forms of the Portal will be incorporated into an automated personal data file for which the IfTL Foundation is responsible.
